About Illinois Gun Shop
Illinois Gun Shop is an online store for the Prairie State: slug guns and straight-wall rifles for the November deer season, field and waterfowl shotguns for the corn ground and the river bottoms, carry pistols for licence holders, and the ammunition to go with them.
One counter can only stock so much, and in Illinois it also has to stock inside the law. We keep a large, live catalogue online, filtered for what may lawfully be delivered here, so you can compare makes, calibres and prices from Chicago and the collar counties to the Quad Cities, the Metro East and the Shawnee Hills, then pick your firearm up at a licensed Illinois dealer you already know. We also keep city guides for 22 cities, with who issues carry licenses, the hunting zone and the nearest public ranges.
How we work
- Online only. There's no showroom to visit. Everything is ordered here and picked up at your own FFL dealer.
- Live price and stock. What you see is checked again when you order.
- Every firearm through an FFL. We ship guns only to licensed dealers, who complete the background check with you.
- Straight answers. Ask us anything before you buy — about a model, a caliber, or how a transfer works.
What we don't sell
We don't sell NFA items (suppressors, short-barreled rifles or shotguns, machine guns), and we don't ship items to places where they're prohibited.
